When will the heated plushies come back? 

We are currently working on making improvements to our product! In the meantime, if anyone needs wire replacements, please reach out to our email.

Is this product a medical device? 

No, it is not. Our elephants may have heating capabilities, but they should be used for similar purposes as hot water bottles or heating pads.  

Is this product for everyone?

Our super cute elephants can be enjoyed by everyone, but the heating capabilities should not be used on an infant or young child.

What is the most effective power source to heat the elephant?

A 5V 3A power source will heat the elephant the quickest. A 5V 2A power source can also be used, but it will take a few more minutes. Using a 5V 1A power source will not provide enough power to heat the elephant effectively.

What is the rear pocket used for?

The rear pocket can be used to store the wire when you don’t need the heating function. It can also be used to hold a small power bank so you can move around while keeping the heating pad on.

How long will delivery take?

We are currently shipping domestically and to Canada. This should take 5-10 days (including processing time), but please be patient with us as there may be delays due to circumstances arising from customs, the COVID-19 pandemic, and natural disasters.

What is the return policy? 

We will provide a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to facilitate the process. We will process the refund when the product has arrived back at our warehouse. We do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. Returns will amount to cost of the item excluding initial shipping costs.
